ESPN plans series starring Bobby Knight

ESPN is planning a six-episode reality series starring Bobby Knight. Knight School will follow “16 basketball players who are vying for one walk-on spot with the Division I Texas Tech team,” and who will be coached by Knight, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The paper reports that “ESPN Original Entertainment said ‘Knight School’ will show Knight’s coaching style and priorities.” Perhaps the losers will be sent away with a punch to the head.

The show hasn’t yet been produced; “It begins production next month.”
