After dissing his show’s producers, UK Apprentice head Sir Alan Sugar is now apparently spoiling the outcome of the series. Well, maybe: He told The Independent, “I don’t want to blow my own trumpet but I’m looking for someone similar to me. … I am down to the last two in my mind. One of them, I said to the guy: ‘You remind me of me a little bit when I was your age’.” The Independent names the guy, but then reveals the Sir Alan just may have just been yukking it up: “He reminded me only a little bit of me. That’s the problem.” Oh, those wacky Brits, pretending to spoil reality TV show outcomes.
