CBS denies Wanda’s model cast claim.
Wanda’s claim that CBS cast seven Survivor Palau contestants from modeling agencies has been denied by the network. Wanda told TVGuide.com that some cast members shared that they had not applied for the show; “Out of the 20 people that were originally cast, they cut seven and put pretty people from modeling agencies in instead,” she said. However, a spokesperson told Reality TV World, “Wanda’s allegation is simply untrue. I spoke with casting and not ONE modeling agency was contacted.” Ah, carefully phrased. Maybe not one, but seven?
