final Newlyweds, second season of Ashlee Simpson’s show debuted last night.
For some reason, I completely forgot that The Joe Simpson Hour of Exploitation returned to MTV last night. Luckily, since it’s MTV, both Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica and The Ashlee Simpson Show will be repeated endlessly; Ashlee’s disaster of a life will air today at 11 p.m. ET, followed by a repeat of a first-season ep at 11:30, and then be followed by other repeat airings. The first two eps focus on her career-destroying SNL appearance. Ashlee’s sister, the Simpson who actually has talent despite her complete lack of intelligence, returns to the airwaves with 10 episodes of the third season of Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica. The third season premiere repeats Friday at 3:30 and 8:30 p.m., and many times after that. Both shows normally air in the 10 p.m. hour on Wednesdays.
