next Real World may be in Austin.
Atlanta was previously reported to be the location for the sixteenth season of The Real World.

But according to information reality blurred has received, the next season might instead be in Austin, Texas. Rumors about Austin have been floating around, but now an anonymous correspondent says that the production company behind the show has rented vans from the Austin Enterprise (“We’ll pick you up!”) for an extended period of time.

Bunim-Murray “just rented a batch of cars for seven months (starting last week) to be used by the production staff,” a source told me. This is the most concrete information we’ve heard, but we might not know where the show is until it actually starts taping.
