UK Queer Eye ep airs tonight on Bravo right after the season finale of Blow Out.
The UK’s spin-off of Bravo’s Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, which airs on LIVINGtv in the UK, will air in the US tonight. Bravo is airing a single episode at 10 p.m. ET. Queer Eye for the Straight Guy UK has its own Fav Five: Peyton, the Food & Wine Connoisseur; Julian Bennett, the Fashion Savant; Jason Gardiner, the Culture Vulture; Dane Bailey, the Interior Design; Tristan Eves, the Grooming Guru. They’ll make over Barra, a 33-year-old voice-over announcer. The episode follows the finale of Blow Out, which La.comfidential reports that salon owner and drama queen Jonathan Antin “actually landed the reality show gig because of [his Jay] Leno connection”–Leno is one of his clients, although that isn’t mentioned. Leno, of course, is on NBC, which owns Bravo. Antin also knows Margaret Cho, the site reports, even though “one episode has comedian Margaret Cho coming into the salon and looking as if she’s meeting Antin for the first time.”
