Unable to find someone worthy of succeeding Jesse Palmer for the next installment of The Bachelor, which concludes on Wednesday, ABC is looking for “a great single firefighter or first responder,” according to an ad posted at the online community It says that producers “are at the end of casting, but still think there must be a great guy out there.” Those age 27 to 40 are invited to apply; those who know a prospective candidate can nominate him.
