Tammy Faye has lung cancer.
Tammy Faye Messner, most recently of The Surreal Life 2, told Larry King last night that she has inoperable lung cancer. She says she’ll start chemo because doctors “can’t take it out because it’s too near the heart and there are too many blood vessels that are near the cancer.” She says, “I’ve never even picked up a cigarette in my life, I don’t think”; the cancer is likely related to her previous bout with colon cancer. She says she’s still in touch with her fellow WB show cast members (“I fell in love with these wonderful people!”), and Ron Jeremy called her after learning oft the diagnosis.
