Bachelor producers’ Bob suit dismissed.

Bachelor producers’ Bob suit dismissed.
The producers of The Bachelor had their lawsuit against their former star Bob Guiney thrown out of court. Claiming they had manufactured Bob’s image, producers said he hurt the show’s “valuable brand name and goodwill by engaging in unauthorized and widespread media promotion” by selling his latest record. That was in violation of his we-own-you contract, they said. A judge disagreed, although said producers can refile the suit, according to E! Online’s account.
