Meredith is the next Bachelorette.
She was rejected by Bob Guiney, and now she’ll get a chance to reject people herself: Meredith Phillips will star in The Bachelorette 2, which debuts Jan. 14. Although she ditched her grandmother’s funeral to go on a date with Bob, and although she made it to the final four, Bob gave her the boot. ABC says that “Meredith, 30, a make-up artist originally from Portland, Oregon, who currently resides in Los Angeles, hopes to meet a man who shares her desire for a serious, long-term relationship, and even possibly marriage.” And possibly even a check from ABC.
