The latest season of the UK’s I’m a Celebrity–Get Me Out of Here, along with other reality TV shows, are being blamed by the RSPCA for “unprecedented acts of deliberate cruelty towards animals,” the group says. The organization’s director says that challenges involving animals, including those involving bug-eating, “both demeans the animals, but also desensitises people.”
