ABC to air reality TV awards show.
An awards show “that will honor network and cable primetime reality and alternative series and specials” will air this fall on ABC, the network that’s ironically notorious for its crap reality TV (Are You Hot?) and for not supporting shows by pulling them off the schedule repeatedly. The surprisingly named Reality Awards will be produced by Don Mischer, who is producing the Emmy awards show this year as he has done in the past. There’s no date set for the show yet.
