Howard Stern settles Are You Hot suit.
Howard Stern has dismissed his lawsuit against ABC, Telepictures, Mike Fleiss, and Scott Einziger because of similarities between their show Are You Hot? and a segment from his radio program. (Read the dismissal papers at The Smoking Gun.) No details were disclosed; according to the original suit, Howard wanted tens of millions of dollars in compensation.
