American Idol 2 finalists concert tour begins July 8, but without Vanessa.
Vanessa Olivarez will be absent on this summer’s American Idol 2 finalists concert tour, as will booted finalist Corey Clark. But rest of the finalists–Clay Aiken, Kimberly Caldwell, Julia DeMato, Joshua Gracin, Charles Grigsby, Kimberley Locke, Carmen Rasmusen (who said on lat night’s show she’ll be waming up for Dave Matthews soon), Rickey Smith, Ruben Studdard, and Trenyce–will perform in 39 cities through the end of August. Josh Gracin has been granted permission by the Marines to take the summer off to perform. Officially known as the “Pop Tarts Presents American Idols Live tour,” the concerts are obviously sponsored by Pop Tarts, which I think are best with frosting, eaten with the crust broken off and frosting side down.
+ plus: judge denies man suing American Idol a temporary restraining order that would have shut down the show.

Surprisingly, man not eaten alive on Eaten Alive

Eaten Alive

Discovery Channel’s happy family holiday special Eaten Alive aired Sunday, rewarding viewers for their two full hours of viewing by ensuring that they spent quality time in the company of others instead of wasting that time doing something else that might not have been as satisfying, such as buying things that have labels which accurately reflect their contents.
