FOX requests that reality TV Emmys be awarded in prime-time.
After renaming the categories for reality TV shows back in February, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences is now considering the categories to the prime-time awards ceremony, rather than the daytime ceremony. FOX requested the change, which would have to be approved by the other networks and the academy’s board of trustees, the New York Post reports.
