American Idol and Pop Idol judge Simon Cowell is following in Tony Blair’s footsteps by becoming a character on The Simpsons. On an episode involving Maggie getting into nursery school, Simon “will play a nursery school admissions officer who insults toddler applicants,” the BBC reports. Also, Simon’s book about succeeding in the music business, which is now available in the UK, will be published in the US next month.
