Bachelor format sold to BBC.
ABC’s The Bachelor has been sold to the BBC, which will air its own version of the show in the UK. starting next month. It’s the first time the show, which is about to begin its third season (fourth if you include The Bachelorette), will air overseas. A Warner Brothers exec says the program “has ignited interest in most of the major territories in Europe.”
