US record label wants Will Young to “keep quiet about his sexuality.”
A US record company offered Pop Idol winner Will Young a record deal earlier this month, but only if he agrees to “keep quiet about his sexuality” and have his teeth straightened. “I thought they were joking but that is the bottom line,” he told The Sun, and because of it he may turn the deal down. His first single broke records in the UK, selling 1.1 million copies its first week.
