porn site worker Frenchie eliminated.
Frenchie Davis has reportedly been removed from American Idol 2 “after she acknowledged she worked for an adult Web site four years ago,” USA TODAY reports. Frenchie would have competed Feb. 25; an alternate will take her place. No word about why her employment disqualifies her. Frenchie fans can find solace in a statement from production company 19 Entertainment, which will “endeavor to do all in its power to help Frenchie further her music career.”
+ update: The Smoking Gun reveals that Frenchie “posed topless (and appeared to be masturbating) on ‘Daddy’s Little Girls,’ a web site that purported to feature naked underage girls” although she “was over 18″ when she posed.
