Amazing Race 4 may be delayed until summer because of Star Search.
CBS has extended the run of Star Search, and that may affect the planned Feb. 26 debut of The Amazing Race 4. Star Search will return Feb. 19 at 9 p.m.–the same time slot that was to be filled with the fourth version of The Amazing Race. That means the show “may not return until late spring or summer,” Variety reports. Elsewhere, a profile of a camera operator for the show published at the beginning of January says he was “leav[ing] in a few weeks” to film the show, so it’s possible filming started later than anticipated for a February debut.
