charity Trading Spaces auction begins; buy Amy Wynn’s belt, Hildi’s shirt.
Members of the Trading Spaces cast have contributed items to an eBay auction that starts today and runs through Dec. 20. Among the items up for bid are Amy Wynn’s (autographed) tool belt and hammer, the jeans and shirt Hildi wore in London, slipcovers by Vern, a candle holder by Ty, and ornaments made by Gen, Frank, Edward, and Kia. Proceeds benefit “Rebuilding Together, the nation’s largest volunteer home rehabilitation organization” which works to “preserve and revitalize houses and communities, assuring that low-income homeowners, particularly those who are elderly and disabled and families with children, live in warmth, safety, and independence,” according to TLC’s web site.
