The producers of American Idol and ABC are planning a pageant-slash-reality TV show called All American Girl, during which “one woman will be propelled to nationwide fame as the holder of the title All American Girl 2003.” Auditions for women 18 to 25 who can ” sing, dance or act … [a]re … intelligent and good looking … [and] have the personality and charisma to win over the American public” are being held in mid-January.
