CBS has revealed the 12 teams that will participate in The Amazing Race 3, which debuts Oct. 2. The cast includes Aaron and Arianne, best friends, one gay and one straight, who plan to have a child together someday; Gina and Sylvia, stay-at-home moms; Heather and Eve, who have been friends for three years; Derek and Drew, identical twin brothers who model and act; Ken and Gerard, an “odd couple brother team,” who are different from each other in many ways (“married vs. single, conservative vs. liberal, straight vs. gay”); Andre and Damon, a police officer and a firefighter; and Dennis and Andrew, “a conservative Southern Baptist” father and his “liberal, openly gay, college cheerleader” son.
