What was billed in the UK as a celebrity version of Survivor is coming to the US–but it will air on ABC, not CBS. Granada TV has sold I’m a Celebrity–Get Me Out of Here to ABC, which strands eight celebrities on an island with little food and water, just like CBS’ show. However, this show will air the show live over 15 nights, giving the public the opportunity to “vote on which celebrity each night must take part in a physical challenge to win food for the group.” The show could air as early as next February.
