Lane Bryant drops Anna Nicole as a model after seeing her show.
Sources say that Anna Nicole won’t be modeling for Lane Bryant anymore now because they “don’t want to be associated with her prime-time meltdown” on The Anna Nicole Show, Page Six reports. Falling ratings have “[induced] producers to dream up stunts for the obese ex-bombshell,” like “to have her spanked by sadistic transvestites,” the paper reports. Also, The Real World cast member Eric Nies went on a date with Anna Nicole that was set up by the Ricki Lake show; he says she “is influenced by the people around her, and I didn’t get a great vibe from her assistant or attorney. I didn’t feel like she was taken care of or looked after, and I felt that she was not happy.”
