Groton, Conn., firefighter Eric Ouellette is presently inside the Big Brother 3 house, and when he comes out, he may find himself without a job. A preliminary hearing will be held today to find out if Eric “violated sections of the labor contract when he left” to go on the show; officials told the AP that “he violated rules and regulations when he swapped 20 shifts with co-workers to free up time to be on the show.” The union is defending Eric’s actions.
