The Smoking Gun has discovered that Big Brother 3 CBS knew of Chiara Berti’s arrest for drunk driving before the show began, the network says. “On the bright side, she won’t be doing any driving in the house,” CBS spokesperson Chris Ender said. He also said that if she is still in the house by her Sept. 3 hearing date, CBS would “either disqualify her or let her leave the house temporarily for the proceeding,” the AP reports.
