Saying that “[q]uitting my job is not realistic,” Survivor Marquesas winner Vecepia Towery went back to her job as an office manager. “One million dollars is great, but it can’t sustain you forever. I’m still part of the working class,” she told the Contra Costa Times. The paper also reports that in addition to using some of the money for her eventual retirement and future children, “she is brainstorming a foundation called Inspired by Desire that will help underprivileged children.”
