The May 2002 edition of Playboy features four past The Real World and Road Rules cast members in various states of undress as part of its “Real Nude in the Real World” feature.

You don’t need to buy the magazine to see the pictures, though; as rwrrweb.com found, someone has posted the entire series of the heavily airbrushed, almost unrecognizable cast members on a message board; the series is also available on some sites.
