Justin charged with aggravated assault; girlfriend had “choke marks around her neck” and a broken ankle.
Justin Sebik–who was expelled from the Big Brother 2 house after holding a knife to Krista’s throat and asking, “Would you get mad if I killed you?”–has been arrested in New Jersey after the 24-year-old woman he was dating was “found crying on the side of the road…with a fractured ankle and ‘choke marks around her neck.'” Justin says it “was all just a pretty minor mishap” that started after she “[went] crazy” and started “punching [him] all over the place.” He’s upset because of the “black cloud over my head” the Big Brother 2 incident, which he says was a joke, has caused. “With my reputation, people will think the worst of me in these sorts of situations,” he told The Jersey Journal.

Discovery Channel’s happy family holiday special Eaten Alive aired Sunday, rewarding viewers for their two full hours of viewing by ensuring that they spent quality time in the company of others instead of wasting that time doing something else that might not have been as satisfying, such as buying things that have labels which accurately reflect their contents.
