Making the Band is back tonight for season two, which still follows the adventures of Ashley, Dan, Trevor, Erik and Jacob, also known as O-Town. Thankfully, we were wrong–tonight’s ep starts will start with O-Town’s wretched Miss America performance and the “rude awakening” that follows. Some reviews hint at a season that will focus on the “personal problems of one member and the increasing egomania of another”; others just opt for obnoxious condescension and boy band cliches.
