CBS counter sues Stacey for $5 million, citing “breach of contract, extortion, defamation and disparagement.”
CBS is fighting back against Survivor Stacey Stillman, who sued the network claiming that producer Mark Burnett orchestrated her ouster. In part, the network is suing her for breach of her contract, which prohibits her from even “talking about the issue,” Inside.com reports.
