CBS allowed to continue production of Global Adventure; FOX Family’s Race Around the World will not be alone.
FOX Family went to court, asking a judge to stop production on Jerry Bruckheimer’s Global Adventure, which follows teams as they travel around the world and compete with each other. It’s very similar to FOX Family’s show Race Around the World, which features families as contestants, and the cable net said its show would be hurt by CBS’. Inside.com reports that although a judge originally told CBS to stop work, another judge refused to grant an injunction last Wednesday, allowing both shows to go forward.
