VH1 filming Bands on the Run.
Debuting next spring will be VH1′s entry into the reality TV arena: a 13 hour-long episode show called Bands on the Run that features four bands battling for a “lucrative industry prize.” The bands will travel across the country in custom vans, performing in various cities as they advertise their appearances, sell their own tickets and hawk merchandise. Two bands will be eliminated during the first two weeks, and at the end of four weeks, the band with the most money wins.
