American high will return–on PBS.
Although it was quickly cancelled by FOX after suffering low ratings, American High has been picked up by PBS. The show, which follows a group of high school seniors in suburban Chicago, will return next April. Two half-hour episodes will air each week: the previous week’s episode and a new episode. PBS owns all seven hours of the show, and may also order a new season from producer R.J. Cutler.
